Do I need prior experience to start?
No. Our Beginner path introduces all fundamentals, including PPE, lye solution prep, and trace recognition.
Are the courses self-paced?
Yes. Access is on-demand with lifetime updates for the purchased modules.
What safety equipment do I need?
At minimum: goggles, gloves, closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, and good ventilation. We outline additional recommendations in each course.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Completion certificates are available for modules with graded assessments. They reflect learning outcomes but are not professional licenses.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund if less than 20% of the course has been viewed. Contact us with your order details to start the process.
Will you tell me exactly what to sell or make health claims?
We teach formulation and technique for educational purposes. We do not provide medical advice or guarantee commercial results.
What materials should I prepare in advance?
Basic oils, sodium hydroxide (lye), distilled water, a scale, stick blender, thermometers, silicone molds, and a safe workspace. Each course lists specifics.
Can I access content on mobile?
Yes. The platform is responsive and supports modern mobile browsers. For safety modules, we recommend a larger screen when possible.
How long do I have access to purchased courses?
Lifetime access is included. Updates to existing modules are always free for purchasers.
